Text Box: The Riot Anime Club is changing for the better!
We will be meeting once a week with a revolving schedule of events. Meaning: we won’t just be watching anime all the time anymore! We’ll have showings, game tournaments, a published manga, book discussions, documentaries on Japanese culture, fund raising, guest speakers, etc! Things are going to be pretty busy this year!
There will still be one up all night and we will still meet on Wednesdays in Mrs. York’s room. ^_^
With this change we need members who are willing to participate in whatever they’re interested in. By joining the club you can decide which meetings to Text Box: attend: are you only interested in card game tournaments? Are you only interested in getting your comic published? Feel free to pick up our monthly newsletter and attend those meetings that interest you!
Get involved, have some fun, and be a part of something wacky and entertaining at South Portland High School!
Newsletters will be available in an envelope outside Mrs. York’s room. Hopefully this year Mrs. York will redesign the website and include the newsletters as a link off the website as well. When that is done, that information will be posted here.
